CLASSES EXPLAINED

HYROX PATHWAY

HYROX CONDITIONING FINISHERS

Each 'Strength Performance' class gives you an option to do a Hyrox finisher. This is designed to help you be more efficient at the diverse functional movements encountered in Hyrox. Always expect a combination of stations and erg work in these finishes.

HYROX ENGINE

An intense and dynamic workout crafted to boost both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. This session is aimed at helping you build the physical resilience and lung capacity required for demands of HYROX, with a key focus being compromised running. This is one of the hardest classes of the week, so if you want a challenge - this is it!

HYROX THURSDAY THROWDOWN

A high-intensity workout involving a sequence of diverse exercises and repetitions in a single, continuous effort. "Chipping away" at a list of movements, challenging you to progressively tackle each exercise and increase your cardiovascular fitness week on week.

HYROX SIMULATION

A specialised approach to Hyrox training, this weekly session adapts the race's challenges each week and is always a longer session. By focusing on different elements, it ensures a well-rounded preparation getting you in optimal race shape. A full Hyrox simulation can be expected at least once in every 12-week training block.

strength PATHWAY

UPPER, LOWER & Full body strength performance

Concentrating on strength & conditioning, these sessions specifically target either lower or upper body utilising compound movements and accessory exercises. The objective is to improve strength, power and muscular endurance.

BAR METHOD & Barbell Send

This class is dedicated to breaking down and working through Olympic lifts and improving efficiency and technique on these lifts. These sessions will always end with a 10-15 minute workout incorporating these lifts. It's designed to build skill and muscle engagement, catering to those seeking proficiency in these dynamic and impactful exercises.
