We manage intensity and load carefully throughout the week, to help you feel at your best whilst avoiding overtraining and risk of injury.

ELEVATE Pathway

With a focus on strength and conditioning, this programme integrates key compound movements alongside accessory work, ensuring a solid strength foundation. The conditioning aspect will involve both short and long bouts of capacity work, enhancing fitness. Sessions will generally have either a lower body or upper body focus, with intensity and load carefully managed throughout the week to avoid overtraining and risk of injury.

HYROX Pathway

This programme aims to elevate your HYROX game with a focus on aerobic capacity development and building the strength and skillset required to tackle the specific exercises in the HYROX race. Sessions will usually have a whole body focus, with compound movements integrated, and a strong emphasis on combining functional training with aerobic endurance, enabling you to build your HYROX engine.
