Mike is a Level 4 qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach. He also holds a PhD in Exercise Psychology and has published research on what contributes to exercise adherence.

Based on his knowledge, research and experience, Mike is aiming to promote enjoyment, a sense of belonging and social support at Apex, all key for sustained exercise engagement.

Favourite exercise: Alternating Dumbbell Snatch - a full body movement that can build strength, power and muscular endurance.

Owner & Coach
Olivia has been teaching yoga for over 4 years, leading a blend of dynamic vinyasa flow and a more-nurturing yin-style practice.
With a background in classical ballet and competitive sports, Olivia teaches a flow that’s both challenging and grounding.
Off the yoga mat, Olivia works in events and marketing and has a strong belief in the benefits of mindfulness and breath work to manage a hectic schedule.

Ali is a qualified Sports Naturopath Nutritionist and Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach. She brings firsthand competitive experience from high level dance and snowboarding as well as competing at Turf Games and Hyrox.
Ali is on a mission to redefine coaching. Her mantra is simple yet profound: work with the body, and it will reward you. There are times to rest and there are times to push, this is so important from not only a health point of view but also performance.

Naturopath & Coach
Soph is a Level 4 qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach and has always been active having competed in netball and functional fitness competitions including Turf Games.
​
A teacher by trade, Soph loves to help others learn new skills and helping them to develop their technique and skills in the gym.
Favourite exercise: Barbell back squat. Depth and strength in the legs helps to contribute to proficiency in key movements such as deadlifts and hip thrusts.

Winston has a strong background in chasing squirrels (still not caught one yet) and covering long distances around Earlsfield and Wandsworth.
He is qualified in giving post-workout cuddles, particularly during cool down stretches.
