OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
Full Hyrox race using all the Hyrox equipment with a Rox Zone! Get the total Hyrox race day experience!
- 1km run will be done outside along King Georges Park
- Categories will be: Female Doubles, Males Doubles and Mixed Doubles
- Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each category at the awards ceremony at 1:45pm
- Ice bath and leg compression boots will be available to use post comp for recovery!
- Each team gets their own judge who will be there to help them along
- Come celebrate your efforts after at the Earl Spencer pub down the road, we will book an area for all. Family and friends welcome!
Heat times will be emailed on the Wednesday prior to the race, first heat kicks off at 7:40am.
If you want to take part but don't have a partner - let us know! We have lots of singles keen to pair up with someone, so we can always find you a Hyrox Partner!
