Full Hyrox race using all the Hyrox equipment with a Rox Zone! Get the full Hyrox race day experience, perfect time to practice your pacing and straterges. This is a great time to test the full race if you're doing Birmingham or London Hyrox.
1km run will be done outside along King Georges Park
Categories will be: Female Singles, Male Singles, Female Doubles, Males Doubles and Mixed Doubles
Prizes will be awarded to 1st place of each category at the awards ceremony time at 2:15pm
